Welcome to my i2 page! My name is Isaac Partin and I currently a junior here at SHC. I play as goalie for the Lacrosse team, which I enjoy because it allows me to gradually improve alongside my teammates, watching as the team improves throughout the course of the season. To me, the sense of community and comradery is the most important part of lacrosse, as it is impossible to win without strong communication and teamwork. I am also a part school jazz band, which I love because it gives me time to play piano, while also working with other students that share my interests. I also love it because jazz is one of my favorite types of music. Outside of school, I enjoy snowboarding, developing my musicianship, and spending time with my friends. My project for this year focuses on the development of an app that allows citizens of SF to report instances of excess trash on the streets. This data is added to a public database that can be used by third parties(Volunteer organizations, the city) in order to clean up what individuals can’t.
