Hello my name is Danilo Quijano and I am a a freshman her at SHC. I live with my parents and my younger brother who is in fourth grade. School-wise I am interested in world history, world religion, and zoology.

Outside of school, I enjoy many activities like Scouts and running. I recently made the SHC cross country team, and have ran with them since the summer training. I enjoy running because builds strength, endurance, and helps me feel motivated to do things I think are too hard. I also found that the cross country team was a great way to make friends, and have met so many people just by being at practice. I also am part of Scout Troop 343. Last year I served as a Patrol Leader and earned the Second Class rank.

On my free time I enjoy  activities like Geocaching, Legos, and watching the television. I find Geocaching fun because it allows me to spend time in nature while thinking outside the box and solving puzzles. My favorite Geocache so far has been one under a pile of rocks on a beach because it was one of my more challenging finds. At home I enjoy science fiction. I love Star Wars and Marvel. I also have an extensive collection of Lego Star Wars. I also can play the bass and am learning how to play the electric guitar. Lastly, I enjoy 90’s alternative and grunge rock and listen to bands like Nirvana,  Foo Fighters, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
