Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Cleaveland, and I’m a freshman at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory. I was born and raised in San Francisco. I love to travel, as I go on big trips for Girl Scouts, but I also go on trips with my family to warm places around the country. My parents were born and raised in Indiana, so we also try to travel there as much as we can. I enjoy making crafts in my free time and helping people in whichever way I can. I’m an assistant coach for a younger volleyball team through my old school, and I try to do as much community service as I can.

In terms of academics, I really enjoy math. My favorite part about this subject is that most times, there is only one right answer. Once I find this answer, it feels rewarding and like a step toward something more complex, because once you master one topic, you move onto the next.

I’m super grateful to be on i2 as it is an outstanding and unique program. It has given me so many life values and learning experiences. I’m forever grateful for this program and the opportunities it has provided. Go Irish!
