As a part of SLI, the team tried to come up with a project that would make us as teenagers feel like we could be making a difference. We all know from firsthand experience that when a lot is going on in the world, it feels bad to not be able to do anything about it. But like my dad always said, “if you can’t solve a big problem, solve a smaller problem.” Here enters The Pledge: a place where teenagers or young adults can feel like they are making a difference. Whatever they are trying to accomplish, they can post about it on our platform and encourage their peers to join them. The Pledge reminds us that together, we can make a change.
