APGeoBot
This year for my i2 project I created a bot that creates practice tests for the AP Human Geography Exam. I created this program because I realized that studying for free response question tests is much more difficult compared to other types of tests. The main issue is it is hard for students to get feedback on the quality and effectiveness of their answers, which is a problem I set out to fix. My original idea was to make a program that generates practice tests, but I narrowed my idea down to one topic so I could have better results and a more unique program. My bot generates a question similar to those on the AP exam, and then the user inputs a response which is given feedback and a potential grade by the AI. I also used external data to help the AI give better feedback on the user response. Hopefully, my program will be able to help students study for the AP test more effectively.
